Pineapple, Mango & Passion Fruit cocktail

  I can’t think of a better way to brighten up a day than a bright, tasty cocktail that reminds me of the beach and some sunshine. It is the heliophilia talking!

The best remedy is Malibu’s Pineapple Rum (already sounds good doesn’t it – what a dreamy combination), Mango and Passion fruit juice and infused with some mint leaves, served in a long glass filled with ice.

  
Ingredients:

  • 1 shot Malibu Pineapple Rum
  • Mango and passion fruit juice. I recommend Cracker Drinks co.
  • lots of ice
  • a few mint leaves per glass

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix and shake the rum and juice.
  2. Fill the glass with lots of ice.
  3. Pour in the mixture.
  4. Clap the mint leaves between your hands and then add it to the glass.
  5. Pop in a straw and enjoy!
