White Chocolate and Irish Cream pastry cups

  These white chocolate and Irish Cream pastry cups are so easy to make and taste absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 6 or 7 store bought mini shortcrust pastry cups
  • 1 bar white chocolate (approximately 100 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons double cream
  • Cocoa powder to garnish the cups with

Method:

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave.
  2. Mix in the double cream and Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur
  3. Pour into each pastry cup.
  4. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top of each cup.
  5. Chill for 2o minutes in the fridge.
  6. Enjoy!
