Black Bean Tofu in Lettuce wraps

Black Bean Tofu in Lettuce wraps

2016 is the Chinese New Year of the Fire Monkey and it has inspired an oriental dish, which is one of my favourites to order in Chinese restaurants – Lettuce wraps.

For my recipe I have used tofu, and some lovely vegetables as the filling, and cooked them in a wonderful black bean sauce from Blue Dragon.

This is a delicious, healthy and filling dish which is really simple yet flavoursome. Full of vegetables and protein from the tofu, it is also very fun to assemble and quick to make.
