- 1 Papaya, de-seeded and diced.
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 capsicum/bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Mix the diced papaya, spring onions, red onion, green chilli and capsicum in a bowl. Season with salt and red chilli flakes and drizzle the juice of the lime over it. Mix well and let it infuse for around 20 minutes.
